There are two things in this world that I love more than anything (other than my family of course): Tattoos and Christmas.
Do I think I’d ever make the move to permanently broadcast my love for Christmas by tattooing a holiday-themed piece onto my person? The jury is still out on that one. Does that make it any less exciting to swoon and fawn over other, jollier people who have committed to such a thing? Not even for a second.
Here are 10 Christmas tattoos you’ll seriously consider getting if you love Christmas:
1. Winter Wonderland Snowglobe Tattoo
There’s nothing that gets my hear pittering and pattering quite like the vision of a festive Christmas village. Toss that vision in an iconic snowglobe and my heart is yours. It is yours.
2. Poinsettia Love Tattoo
I litter the flower pots and vases around my house with poinsettias the moment the season switches from fall to winter. It may be time to litter my body the same way.
3. Charlie Brown Christmas Tree Tattoo
If you haven’t watched A Charlie Brown Christmas I don’t know you like I thought I did. This perfect little Charlie Brown Christmas tree tattoo is amazing.
4. A Sweet Little Snowflake Finger Tattoo
Let’s get real for a minute. Christmas tattoos can be subtle. Like this adorable little snowflake finger tattoo.
5. Jolly Santa Claus Tattoo
The holly, jolliest symbol of Christmas I ever did see: Santa Claus. Now this jolly santa claus tattoo is the type of devotion to the holiday I love to see.
6. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Tattoo
Listen. I’m not a fan of neck tattoos personally, but this Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer tattoo on this man’s neck gives me life.
7. Pine Tree Tiny Temporary Tattoos
I suppose it’s not necessary to go the permanent ink approach to a Christmas tattoo. These tiny pine tree temporary tattoos will do just fine.
8. Warm-Hearted Snowman Tattoo
I’m very honestly contemplating this snowman tattoo. The placement. The style of the artwork. Everything about it is perfect.
9. String of Christmas Lights Tattoo
I think the best part about this string of Christmas lights tattoo is the text “Beautiful Mess” below it. Anyone who has ever wrestled with untangling the lights for the house or the tree can relate to this.
10. Clark Griswold Tattoo
This right here is Christmas pop culture commitment. It reaches levels beyond my comprehension. A Clark Griswold, Christmas Vacation tattoo is what the holiday devoted are all about. Great movie. Questionable tattoo choice.
